CAPCon 2024

Reminder: Badge Sales begin October 15th

As a reminder, CAPCon 2024 Badges (tickets) will go on sale October 15th, 2023 at 1PM Central Time. The link to badge (ticket) sales can only be found on the CAPCon.club website (you’re already here, great job!) and will appear approximately 1 hour before the sale time.

General Admission Badges (Tickets)

On Sale October 15, 2023 at 1PM Central Time

  • Cost: $285 US Dollars (includes all fees)

  • Full payment required at time of purchase

  • Must be 18 or older to purchase a CAPCon 2024 ticket (birth date of Oct. 15, 2005 or earlier)

  • Due to popular and increased demand, badges may sell out

    • All available badges for CAPCon 2024 are being released on October 15, 2023

    • There are no other waves of badge releases scheduled

  • Badges will remain on sale until December 31, 2023 or until they are sold out, whichever is sooner

  • For those that have not attended before, Host Hotel name and address only revealed once badge vetting has been successfully completed (third email)

    • For those who have attended before, CAPCon 2024 will be held at the same Host Hotel as CAPCon 2023.

  • Sharing of Host Hotel information is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation of your ticket without refund

Helpful information to prepare for the badge release

  • Be sure to sign up for Accelevents with a kink email address that you wish to receive CAPCon emails from

    • Some educational institutions (.edu) and corporate email systems have incoming tools that block CAPCon emails from ever reaching your inbox and should not be used

    • Some free email providers may also block CAPCon emails, but we have had no reports of this issue with Gmail

    • If in doubt, create and use a free kink Gmail address to use for CAPCon email

    • If you create a new kink Gmail address, be sure to re-sign up for newsletters with your newly created Gmail address on the CAPCon website

  • How to create a Gmail address:

  • Check your password to Accelevents prior to the sale date

    • If you don’t have an account, you will need to create one

  • Check your email address in your Accelevents profile to ensure it is correct prior to the sale date

    • An invalid, incorrect, or misspelled email address will result in a significant delay in obtaining your badge

  • It is highly recommended that attendees add the email address of registration@capcon.club to their address book

    • You will be sent additional follow-up emails which are required to complete the badge purchase process

    • Be sure to check your spam folder for emails from this address

  • It is also highly recommended that attendees use their kink email accounts rather than personal email

  • Accelevents will have a checkbox when purchasing that says “Make me visible for other attendees”

    • You may uncheck this

    • However, none of your information is made visible to other attendees regardless of your selection

  • The CAPCon 2024 Badge & Rule Agreement can be found on the CAPCon Website

    • Purchase of a CAPCon 2024 Badge is an affirmative consent to be bound by the terms of the CAPCon 2024 Badge & Rule Agreement

Vaccination Encouragement for CAPCon 2024

Attendees should get the vaccines available to them (e.g., Flu, COVID, RSV, etc.) and self test for illness as needed. If you end up being sick in any way, you should ask for the ticket forwarding option to attend CAPCon 2025 and NOT attend CAPCon 2024. Please be considerate to the community and do your part to prevent the spread of illness!

Badge (Ticket) Official Sale Site Reminder

Badges are only sold through the Accelevents Badge link that will be posted on our website at https://capcon.club/badges. Any other advertisements to purchases on other platforms like Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), Threads, or any other platform advertising the actual sale of badges/tickets are fakes - Do not send money via credit card, Venmo, Paypal, Apple Pay, etc. to anyone claiming to represent CAPCon or any other third-party alleging that they can provide access to tickets. If in doubt, email contact@capcon.club for assistance.
